The Summer To Fall Transitional Look
As you guys know, I am a huge fan of Joe Fresh clothing. I find their pieces are great quality, phenomenal prices, and are always in trend (but have a little twist to them). So, when I found out that they were going to start offering a larger size range, I was extremely excited.
As of August 11th, Joe Fresh started selling their extended sizing both online, and in store. They have a lot of great fashion, as well as essential pieces in the collection. The look I have put together is perfect for everyday wear, and as I mentioned in the title, it is also a great transitional outfit to get you into the fall spirit from the unpredictable summer we just had.
This cold shoulder, floral print smock blouse is the ultimate staple piece as It can be both dressed up, or dressed down. I love the teal, white, and black floral print, and the cold-shoulder with the flight flutter sleeve add a little bit of fun to the look.
The navy blue pant is going to be the your new go to essential piece. It has a little bit of stretch, and an elastic waist making it extremely comfortable, and easy to wear. You could wear it to the office, or pair it with a white top to master the nautical look for a fun weekend outfit.
With a relatively colourful outfit, I pieced together more classic accessories. This cute cross body bag, which also has detachable straps, can also be used as a great basic clutch.
I'm actually wearing a necklace wrapped twice around my wrist as a bracelet. It has a lot of sparkle, and the gold tone is very complimentary with the teal and navy colours.
Apart from holding a pumpkin spice latte, the best way to announce that fall is here, is by wearing a wool fedora. The braided rope detailing is fun, and the navy colour looks great with the pants.
I have been blown away by the shoes at Joe Fresh. They are ridiculously comfortable (as a plus size girl, thats something thats very important), and they're easy to put on. These black block booties are amazingly soft, and the peep toe is great for showing off your pedicure.
I did a more classic makeup look, with a slightly pink toned lipstick to add a little bit of colour to my face.
