Plus Size Date Night Outfit

Many of you have emailed me asking what I would recommend as a date, or first date outfit. I believe that you should show off your curves, show a little bit of skin, but still leave them wanting more. Here is the outfit I would wear to not only for a romantic evening, but to anyplace I would want to leave a long lasting impression.
Off shoulder tops are flirty, and give any outfit a slightly retro look. This top is from Forever 21+ ( wearing a size 1X) and I got it when it was on sale for an additional 50% off. These kind of tops look great with not only skirts, but for casual looks with jeans too. I found a similar one at ASOS curve's website (click here for link)
I ordered this skirt (size 2X) from Fashion Nova, and I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. The skirt fits really well, and the length is surprisingly elongating on my body and created an hourglass shape. The material is thick enough to not become see-through when stretched but thin enough to not make you sweat. It comes in four colours; make sure you use the code "PREPGAL" for $$$'s off your purchase on Fashion Nova's site.
I wanted a classic look with this outfit, and opted for cream and gold accessories. These pearl hoop-earrings are actually my moms. I did find a extremely similar pair on shop bops website (click here to shop).
The leather pointed toe-heels I was wearing are by Ellie Tahari. Every woman should have a classic pair of white heels because they look good with everything. (similar pair here)
To go with the cream accessories, I used my favourite clutch that also has a metal, gold-circle detail.
