maurices: Spring Fashion Looks

I hope you’re having a great week. For today's post I have pieced together two really great spring outfits from maurices. The first one is this plus size maxi dress with strappy neck details in the colour plum rose. (The dress also comes in black)
This colour is beautiful for warmer months ahead, and the dress fits like a dream. As a tall girl I get nervous about wearing maxi dresses because sometimes the length isn’t long enough, but that wasn’t the case with this dress. The stretch in the material hugs my curves perfectly and allows me to easily move around.
I love layering dresses with either or sweaters or jackets as it creates a more refined outfit, and I opted for a denim jacket for this look. (Nothing says spring like a denim jacket) The contrast stitching, copper/gold toned buttons, and the soft stretchy material makes this an essential piece for every woman’s closet.
For the rest of the accessories, I went with gold tones to complement the buttons of the denim jacket. The gold coloured disk earrings are fun, and have a retro vibe to them. These earrings did sell out, but you can find other great styles by clicking here.
These beaded gold sandals are stylish, and very comfortable.
The second outfit features these fab DenimFlex™ plus size, black crop jeans. After wearing these jeans once, they quickly became my favourite pair because of how incredible the fit was.
For the shoes I saw these adorable faux-suede mules. I love mules, and think they are one of the best shoes you can wear when you have a long day, or if you’re going to be doing a lot of walking. These ones in particular are extremely comfortable, and high quality. They also come in taupe, and black too!
These double drop gray bauble earrings are really pretty, and look fabulous with the gray cross body bag, and mules.
I hope you guys loved these looks as much as I did. If you want to see more of the fabulous plus size selection, make sure you check out the maurices website!
