Hi Prepsters;

Just over two weeks ago, I was invited to a beer tasting/ food pairing in Longo's with the amazing Beer Sisters, and Muskoka Brewery. We had the opportunity to sample some delicious foods, and see what beers would compliment and contrast with those flavours.

When most of us think about having guests over for dinner, trying to determine what kinds of beverages to serve with the food, can be more stressful than figuring out what to cook. So why not spice things up by pairing your meals with beer instead of the standard selection, which is wine.

I created an easy guide to figuring out how to become the ultimate dinner party host by pairing these guaranteed to please combinations.
