The Five Best Drugstore Highlighters (Under $15)!!

Hi Prepsters,

It may be August, but you can still get your glow on with these amazing drugstore highlighters which have been tested by me, and are all under $15!!

1. ColorIcon Baked Blush- Wet n Wild $5 CAD

You heard it here, one of the best highlighters I have ever used is technically a blush! This baked blush blends beautifully on the skin and leaves a wet look. The colours "Humming Bird Hype" and "Don't Flutter Yourself" are beautiful on dark skin tones, and add the perfect amount of glow.

2. Master Strobbing Liquid - Maybelline $10 CAD

The Master Strobbing Liquid highlighter is by far the best liquid highlighter available at drugstores. The glitter pigment is extremely fine allowing you to achieve a "wet" look. The formulation blends really well into every foundation I've tried, and occasionally I use the highlighter as a primer to add a glowy affect to my skin.

3. NYX Baked Blush + Illuminator + Bronzer $7 CAD

NYX's Baked Blush is beautiful on the skin! The colour payoff is intense for such a great price. Want to amp up your highlighter even more? Use a wet brush when applying it for that blinding glow.

4. E.L.F. Baked Blush $4 CAD

This ELF highlighter had to make it to the top five because of how buildable the glow is and because the baked blush is only $4!!

5.Maybelline FaceStudio Master Chrome Metallic Highlighter $11 CAD

Maybelline makes a second appearance on this list because of its most popular highlighter on the market, The Master Chrome. This highlight offers one of the most intense pigmentation, and blends like a charm. It has been compared to the Still Heaven's Hue highlighter ($32 CAD), as well as the Charlotte TIlsbury Bar of Gold one ($48 CAD), but is only a fraction of the cost.
